What Is Brainstroming ? 

Brainstorming is a group creativity technique with groups that try to find solutions to specific problems by gathering a list of spontaneous ideas contributed by their members. Popularized by Alex Osborn Faickney in 1953 through the book Applied Imagination.

Reasons for Brainstorming ?

The use of brainstorming is to capture as many alternative ideas that can be considered for decision making.

· Identify problems to be resolved

· Identify the factors that cause a problem

Steps to incorporate ideas ?

· Start from the problem that must be investigated

· Find as many solutions and answers to the problem

Setting UpHere we want to make a donut. Why ? because donuts are very easy to make and not only easy, the ingredients used to make donuts are also very easy to find. And the second reason we want to make donuts is because in our country Indonesia likes food sweet and simple. so to make a business we must pay attention what must be needed for the progress of a business and because it is built together then the profits will be divided equally.and here we try to house environment.

For all of that we divide each assignment into work :

• Nani : assigned to what materials are needed to make donuts
• Defi : duty to cook ingredients to make donuts
• Yudhi : asked with managing finances and transactions to customers
• Havid : assigned to market products and taste

We have analyzed if we want to set up a business or start the business, there are a lot of things that we have to prepare :

Budgetting 

1. It is estimated that the budget needed is around Rp.500.000 

Ingredients 

1. 70g butter 
2. · 500g plain flour 
3. · teaspoon baking powder 
4. · 70g sugar 
5. · 1 egg 
6. · 260ml milk 
7.  vegetable oil for frying 

Equipments 

1. · Mixer 
2. · Pan 
3. · Paper Bags 
4. · Stove 
5. · LPG 

1. Sieve flour and baking powder into a bowl and rub in butter. Mix in the sugar. 
2. Beat egg and milk together. Make a well in flour mixture, then and pour in the egg mixture. Mix together to form a soft dough. 
3. Roll out dough on a well floured surface to about 1cm (1/2 in) thick and cut to shape of choice. Personally I use 2 different sized biscuit cutters. 
4. Fry in hot oil (at approximately 180 degrees C) for 30 seconds, turn over and cook for a further 30 seconds untill golden brown. 
5. Drain on kitchen paper until cool. Roll in sugar or decorate with icing as desired. 
6. Trial and Error

How to make donuts must be in accordance with what is started in the explanation of how to make it. The ingredients used must be right, so that it taste good. The right way to cook donuts is to fry in hot oil for 30 seconds, turn over and cook for a further 30 seconds until golden brown. Warning !! Do not cook to long, because it can cause charred and can not be sold.

If we make donuts with the right ingredients and with the right cooking method, the donuts produced will be very good taste and much loved by everyone.
